Hello Foodies!
My name is Mr. Arnell V. Cotton , better known as Chef "Sir Cotton".
Growing up on the south side of Chicago, imagination, and creativity was a kids best friend! We weren’t allowed to use the stove, so I used the next best thing to make a meal.... The RADIATOR!

I learned how to use the heating coils to my advantage. Secretly making experimental dishes for myself, twin brother, and cousins, it wasn’t long before I was recognized as the family “cook”.
My passion for food continued into adulthood as I figured out my own personal style in the kitchen. Enjoying the reactions of my “taste testers” , I began to explore dishes of all kind!
In 2016, I took my style of Eclectic Comfort, and launched my Catering Company. I wanted to make the name unique and bold just like my dishes. Thus was born "ROASTED KNIVES INC." With growth and progression, Roasted Knives now offers Catering for parties of all sizes, Special Occasions, Private Chef & Travel Services.
